• BARISTA

What We’re Looking For

1. Vocational High School (SMK) graduates majoring in Hospitality or Food & Beverage are preferred.
2. Candidates with a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field are also welcome to apply.
3. Basic English communication skills, particularly for customer interaction, are preferred.
4. Strong communication skills with hands-on experience in operating coffee machines; energetic, well-presented, and customer-friendly.
5. Willing to work in a shift-based schedule, including weekends and public holidays as required.

• SHIFT SUPERVISOR

What We’re Looking For

1. Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, F&B, Tourism, or related fields preferred; SMK graduates with relevant experience are welcome.
2. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Hospitality, Restaurant, Retail, or Coffee Shop operations, with supervisory experience preferred.
3. Good English communication skills, both spoken and written.
4. Strong leadership skills with experience in store operations, coffee machine handling, inventory management, and supporting sales performance.
5. Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

• STORE MANAGER

What We’re Looking For

1. Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, F&B, Tourism, Business, or related fields preferred; SMK graduates with relevant experience are welcome.
2. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Hospitality, Restaurant, Retail, or Coffee Shop operations, with leadership experience preferred.
3. Good English communication skills, both spoken and written.
4. Strong leadership skills with experience in store operations, inventory management, scheduling, cost control, sales performance, and store improvement initiatives.
5. Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
